Normandy was good. Camping was good. A little uncomfortable at times but good. It didn't rain as much as I feared. Some days it rained and then we were getting sunburned the same afternoon. The camp site was full of retired British and Dutch caravaners who were very friendly and talked to us a lot. The child enjoyed herself. We saw a lot of medieval buildings, spent a day in Rouen and watched large ships moving bizarrely through the countryside on their way up the Seine to the sea. We ate a lot of fresh bread and drank lots of local cider. I've been uploading photographs and trying to organise them. More later!
